A founder of the practice with overall responsibility for management and commercial success of a growing range of major projects throughout Wales and the North West of England. Ian is an Architect and Lead Consultant on numerous projects including Health, Extra Care, Education, Retail and Commercial Projects. He has extensive experience in all form of Social Housing development.
Ian’s credentials include:
- Former Council Member – North Wales Society of Architects.
- Former National Chairman – Practice Committee, Society of Architects in Wales.
- Founder Member/Former Chairman – Wrexham Business Club.
- Secretary (1981-1994) – Wrexham Area Civic Society.
- Membership Secretary and Chapter Director – BNI Wrexham Chapter.
