Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor
An established member of staff who joined the practice back in 1987. An Architectural Technologist by trade and having been an Associate for over 9 years, Gareth has led various projects from Commercial, Educational and Health Building through to Housing. Taking the role of Project Leader, incorporating close liaison with the Client from inception through to completion.
Gareth’s multi roles include CAD Manager, having overall responsibility and development of the practice’s fully networked CAD / IT system and also the office's Quality Manual Manager ensuring all the office's Quality Management Systems are in accordance with the ISO 9001 accreditation scheme.
Gareth is also a registered ‘Code for Sustainable Home Assessor’, bringing awareness of sustainability and energy efficiency into projects at a very early stage, which benefits clients meeting today’s sustainable standards.
Having Welsh as his first language has proved to be an invaluable service when dealing with some of the projects in Wales and the company’s Welsh clients.
