ISP Architects not only ensure that the exterior of our buildings provides good design but also recognises that the internal design and finishes also plays a vital role to the success of the building.

We employ a qualified Interior Designer who can apply this service to any project. This can include:

• Interior design
• Space planning
• Internal Refurbishment
• Furniture and materials selection
• 3D graphics and visualisations
• Full sample board

We are able to meet the special requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act which became mandatory for public buildings in 1995 and had a rigorous update in 2004. This Act ensures that internal environments are suitable and accessible for all, including the Visually and Auditory impaired. We have also worked closely with the RNIB to ensure compliance on projects designed specifically for the elderly.

Contract Furnishing Package

A significant development is that ISP Architects were appointed to provide the full contract furnishings package for Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd for the recently completed Extra Care development at Awelon, Ruthin.

This included sourcing & supplying all furniture, fabrics, wall decorations, loose equipment / appliances, external furniture and sculptures etc.
