Market Street, Shrewsbury

Market Street, ShrewsburyJaguar Estates

The original proposal was not financially viable – 29 units and 3 sets of stairs and lifts.

We rearranged the design, reducing the access to one central point and reducing the numbers to 22 units, with some penthouses to add value. This made the project viable and it proceeded to a successful conclusion.
