Parc Caer Seon, Conwy, Gwynedd

A contemporary new build office property combined with a light industrial use.
A phased construction with modern glazed fascade giving natural daylight into a 5000sq.ft floorplan.

Brecon Pharmaceuticals
A pharmaceutical production unit in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and on the edge of an executive housing estate.
The National Park insisted that the complex reflected the rural environment , hence, after a lot of negotiation, the concept of a collection of barns was arrived at. The photograph of the interior shows a modern internal layout whilst the exterior reflects its rural location.


St Asaph Business Park - Industrial Units
Welsh Development Agency
A speculative design incorporating a 16,000sq.ft and a 20,000sq.ft unit.
A modern facade constructed using architectural composite panels with high performance aluminium door / window units, all under a composite curved roof system.
The development included for new access road to serve both units with independent car parking facilities and service / turning areas adjacent the loading bays.
The site is located at the gateway to St.Asaph Business Park and soft landscaping played an important feature for the scheme to minimize impact on the eco system.
Both units were designed to and achieved a ‘BREEAM’ rating of excellent.

St Asaph Business Park - Office Units

A well modeled layout being worthy of its position, sited at the gateway into St. Asaph Business Park, this development provides a range of multiple single storey starter office units giving a total office area of around 23,000sq.ft.
Soft landscaping played a major role in ensuring that the scheme blended with the surrounding area to boost the ecological value of the development, whilst providing a picturesque working environment.
This project was one of the first in North Wales to be designed and constructed to achieve a rating of ‘Excellent’ under the Building Research Establishment BREEAM 98 for Offices.

Wrexham Technology Park
ISP Architects have designed buildings for a variety of users on the Wrexham Technology Park. The range is from the Breast Screening Unit below, a Printing Works, bespoke offices for the Probation Service, a Dental Surgery, Offices for an International firm of Structural Engineers, 1800m2 of speculative offices and the fitting out of previously constructed offices as teaching space for the University of Bangor.

THC Developments
Two-phase construction of two speculative units with associated car parking, both units being two storey with unit 1 being a 570m² unit (6136sq.ft) and unit 2 double the size at 1200m² (12946sq.ft).
A layout designed to maximize parking requirements and also incorporating design features that take on board the characteristics of this well established technology park.
Both units were designed with the same principle of having a communal entrance lobby / circulation area with all facilities opening out to open office areas for let.

New Car Showroom, Rhostyllen, Wrexham
Dickens Garage
Situated adjacent an existing car showroom, this building provides a contemporary, modern, new facility.
It incorporates a well laid out and spacious fully glazed car display area to the ground floor, visitors' space, sales offices etc. complete with an administration office area to an upper level to maximise space.
The building was constructed using high quality materials giving a highly efficient building to reduce running costs.
Aircraft Hanger / Spray Booth, RAF Mona, Anglesey
Ministry of Defence
A unique and bespoke project for the M.O.D. which involved designing and constructing a hanger unit to accommodate the RAF’s fighter aircraft for re-spraying works.
This was a highly specified unit that required the fitting out of the facility by specialists after completion of the shell.
