ISP Architects Ltd. was founded in October 1984. The practice is located in Wrexham, North Wales, providing a firmly established base for its clients with an award winning practice. Holding a fully RIBA Chartered status, we provide our clients with valued experience in all building sectors and especially sustainable buildings, with our in-house Breeam and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors.
Our ethos is that ISP Architects Ltd firmly believe that clients are entitled to enjoy the process of procuring their new building and not, as is so often the case, be beset with worries about cost, quality, programme and litigation. This ethos is shared and practised by every member of staff and is designed to provide a service which is both unrivalled and represents ‘added value’ to our clients.
By the successful application of these principles we ensure that on completion parties share a sense of pride and achievement at having been an essential team that has realised a project in excess of expectation, and that has been delivered on time and on cost.
The aim of ISP Architects Ltd is to give total customer satisfaction by providing quality of product in an equitable, fair and reasonable manner. We aim to ensure that we produce the best that can be built with the materials specified and within the constraints of budget or other limiting contract conditions.

The development and philosophy of the practice have been based on providing a professional service suited to the needs of the client and with regard to the size of the project. We are proud of our reputation for delivering buildings that are fully compliant with the brief, are on time and on cost. It is perhaps not surprising that in excess of 80% of practice workload comes from repeat commission from satisfied clients.
