The practice has received local and national awards and commendations. These include an RIBA award for housing at Cemetery Road, Wrexham, three Civic Society Awards and two  Civic Society Commendations. The system comprises of  Quality Manual and a series of procedures and work instructions. The system has been evolved in close consultation with our staff to ensure practicality in use  and acceptance through common ownership.

An important feature is  a system of reviews and checks which continually monitors output and performance  against the Clients' Brief. No information can be issued without having first  been signed off as compliant. The Practice is aware  that Quality Management systems often only regulate the production process and  in many cases do not actually control the quality of the end product. We therefore operate a further control on the quality of output by ensuring that  all material produced is checked and signed off by the Partner responsible for  compliance with brief, technical standard, aesthetic quality, and the rigorous  standards of the Practice.
